The SmartGeometry group conducted a 3 day workshop (8 November - 10th November) exploring the use of parametric CAD technology in generating components for direct manufacturing in architectural context.

The event follows the successful 3 day Workshop in Cambridge UK in the Summer of 2003. The tutors are all volunteers from professional and academic backgrounds who are all actively involved in utilising the technology and extending technical and conceptual boundaries.

The event is addressed to active 3D CAD design AEC professionals and advanced students (Masters or Ph D Students). It will provide a unique opportunity for networking and actively exploring advanced technology.
